Turkey’s Fenerbahce soccer club signed Everton defender Joseph Yobo and Switzerland’s Young Boys striker Henri Bienvenu for the following season, according to two statements to the stock exchange by the team’s listed merchandising arm.

Yobo, originally from Nigeria, will received a guaranteed salary of 2.35 million euros ($3.3 million) for the 2011-2012 season while Everton will receive a 700,000 euro transfer fee, Fenerbahce said.

Bienvenu, from Cameroon, signed a four-year contract for a guaranteed salary of 4 million euros, with Young Boys in Switzerland receiving another 4 million euros in fees, Fenerbahce said.
