Angola’s Banco BIC May Expand to Congo, Namibia, Chairman Says

Banco BIC Angola, the country’s fourth-biggest bank in terms of deposits, is considering expanding into neighboring countries including Namibia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, said Chairman Fernando Teles.
The Luanda-based lender is studying legislation, the economy and opportunities in those countries, Teles said in an e-mailed statement today.
