Celebi and Abraaj Agree to Terminate Celebi Stake Sale Talks

Celebi Havacilik Holding AS said it and Abraaj Investment Management Ltd. agreed to terminate talks over the sale of the holding’s 22.6 percent stake in airport services company Celebi Hava Servisi AS. (CLEBI)

Celebi and Abraaj agreed a non-binding accord in March to have equal management rights in the new company.

Celebi Hava declined as much as 4.6 percent and fell 2.8 percent to 21.20 liras at 2:23 p.m. in Istanbul.
