Traffic Accident Kills 17 in China’s Zhangjiakou, Xinhua Says

At least 17 people were killed and 17 others injured in northern China’s Hebei Province this morning, the Xinhua News Agency reported today, citing local police.

The accident happened around 5 a.m. when a bus with 34 migrant workers rammed a semi-trailer parked at the roadside in Shangyi County of Zhangjiakou city, according to Xinhua.
