India’s DLF Seeks Buyer for Aman Resorts, Sunday Times Says

Aman Resorts, the chain of luxury resorts owned by Indian property company DLF Ltd. (DLFU), may be sold for more than $400 million, the Sunday Times reported, without saying where it got the information.

DLF is seeking a buyer for Aman, whose guests have included celebrities such as David and Victoria Beckham, and may have asked Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Citigroup Inc. to find a strategic partner, the newspaper said.
