Red Arrows Crash Reports Being Investigated, U.K. Ministry Says

The U.K.’s Ministry of Defence said it’s investigating reports that a plane belonging to the Royal Air Force’s Red Arrows aerobatics display team has crashed in southern England.

The ministry is aware of an incident today and is investigating, said a spokesman, declining be named in line with ministry policy.

The plane crashed near the coastal town of Bournemouth, where an air show is being held today, Sky News and the British Broadcasting Corp. reported.
