Lumenpulse Gets $16 Million to Expand LED Lighting Manufacturing

Lumenpulse Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of LED lighting fixtures, received $16 million from management and board members to increase production and expand international sales.

The Series A funding round also included contributions from private investors, Montreal-based Lumenpulse said today in a statement. It didn’t name the investors.

The funding includes a term loan and a working capital line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank, Lumenpulse said. Terms of the debt weren’t disclosed.
