Mangalore Refinery Offers 40,000 Tons of Gasoil for September

India’s Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) offered to sell gasoil for September loading, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers on Aug. 4.
Oil & Natural Gas Corp., the country’s largest crude producer, owns 72 percent of Mangalore Refinery.
Details of the offer are as follow:
