Lisin, Timchenko May Bid for 75% of Freight One, Vedomosti Says

OAO NLMK’s owner, Vladimir Lisin, and Gunvor International BV partner Gennady Timchenko may bid for a 75 percent stake in OAO Freight One, Vedomosti reported.

The two billionaires, together with affiliates of Globaltrans Investments Plc and Neftetransservice, asked Russia’s antimonopoly service to approve the potential transaction, the newspaper said, citing the service.

Freight One is a unit of OAO Russian Railways.
