Granollers Defeats Verdasco in Three Sets to Win Tennis’s Swiss Open

Spain’s Marcel Granollers beat his compatriot Fernando Verdasco in three sets to win the final of tennis’s Swiss Open in Gstaad today.

Granollers won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 for a top prize of 72,600 euros ($104,000). It was his second career title.
