Surgutneftegas Said to Offer Four Urals Oil Cargoes for August

OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell 400,000 metric tons of Urals crude for loading in August, said two traders who participate in the market.

The tender is scheduled to be awarded tomorrow, said the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter.

On July 19, the company sold 100,000 tons of Urals for loading Aug. 2 to Aug. 3 from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk to Vitol Group.
