India’s ONGC Offers to Sell Naphtha Cargo for Loading in August

Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s biggest state-owned oil explorer, offered a naphtha cargo for loading in August, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers.

Details of the offer are as follow:

Quantity:      35,000 metric tons
Loading:       Aug. 15 to Aug. 16
Ports:         Mumbai, India’s west coast
Bids open:     July 22, 9:30 a.m. local time
Bids validity: July 22, 6:30 p.m. local time
