Sasol Ltd. (SOL) has sold two of the five fertilizer plants it agreed to dispose of as part of an antitrust settlement agreement, Business Day reported, citing Cobus Jansen, a brand manager at Sasol Infrachem.
Sasol sold its operations in Potchefstroom and Durban and now plans to dispose of its plants at Kimberley, Endicott and Bellville, the Johannesburg-based newspaper said.
The value of the agreement for the two plants that have been sold so far wasn’t disclosed, Business Day said.
