Beijing, Shanghai June New Home Prices Rise 2.2%; Prices Gain in 67 Cities

July 18 (Bloomberg) -- Jinsong Du, a Hong Kong-based property analyst at Credit Suisse Group AG, talks about China's real estate market. China’s June new home prices rose from a year earlier in 67 of the 70 cities monitored by the government, the statistics bureau said on its website today. Beijing’s new home prices rose 2.2 percent in June from a year earlier, the statistics bureau said on its website today.

New home prices in Shanghai also rose 2.2 percent last month from a year earlier, according to the statement.
