BFI Finance Said to Hire Two Banks for $50 Million 3-Year Loan
PT BFI Finance Indonesia, a Jakarta- based consumer finance company, hired Deutsche Bank AG (DBK) and Standard Chartered Plc (STAN) to help it borrow at least $50 million, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The three-year term loan may be increased after a strong response from banks in syndication and the facility may be signed as early as this month, the person said, asking not to be identified as details are private.
