Bank of Sharjah Hires Banks to Arrange $100 Million Loan

Bank of Sharjah (BOS), a lender in the United Arab Emirates, hired a group of banks to arrange a $100 million loan for “general corporate purposes.”

The two-year loan will be arranged by Commerzbank AG (CBK), National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Intesa Sanpaolo and Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC), the bank said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi bourse today. Bank of Sharjah said its existing one-year loan of $150 million will be repaid on maturity on July 29.
