Delta-Galil, Mizrahi-Tefahot, Xfone: Israeli Equity Preview

The following stocks may rise or fall in Israeli markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses after the company names and prices are from the last close unless otherwise stated.

The TA-25 Index lost 0.8 percent to 1,238.56 in Tel Aviv.

Delta-Galil Industries Ltd. (DELT) : The maker of intimate apparel and shirts said its acquisition of KN Karen Neuburger, which makes women’s sleepwear and homes products, is expected to add about $20 million in sales in 2012. Delat-Galil increased 1.3 percent to 24.67 shekels.

Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank Ltd. (MZTF) : The Israeli lender expects net proceeds of 1.15 billion shekels ($338 million) from the sale of bonds. Mizrahi declined 1.2 percent to 35.79 shekels.

Xfone Inc. (XFN) : The provider of long-distance voice and data services said the board approved a rights offering and the company expects to raise about $5 million. Xfone dropped 2 percent to 4.183 shekels.
