Eurosic in Talks to Buy EU346M in Office Assets From GE Capital

Eurosic (ERSC) said it’s in exclusive talks to buy office assets valued at 346 million euros from GE Capital Real Estate France.

Eurosic plans a rights offer to meet half of the cost, it said in a statement.
