Dalkia Bids More for Polish SPEC Than Penta, Puls Biznesu Says

Dalkia SA of France bid more for SPEC SA, the heat distributor that the city of Warsaw is selling, than its rival Penta Investments Ltd., Puls Biznesu reported, citing unidentified people.

Dalkia’s offer values SPEC at 1.3 billion zloty ($480 million), the newspaper said. The city of Warsaw is selling 85 percent of the company.
