Facebook’s Zuckerberg to Sell 41.35 Million Shares in Offering

The Swiss Market Index (SMI) of the biggest and most actively traded companies rose 0.8 percent to 6,237.81. The broader Swiss Performance Index increased 0.8 percent to 5,731.47.
Nestle SA (NESN) : The world’s largest food company has been holding talks to buy Hsu Fu Chi International Ltd., a Chinese snack and candy maker with a market value of about $2.6 billion, said people familiar with the matter. Nestle gained 0.7 percent to 52.60 francs.
Panalpina Welttransport Holding AG (PWTN) : The Swiss freight-forwarding company is aiming to boost its market share in air freight and may lag behind market growth in sea cargo, Chief Financial Officer Marco Gadola was quoted as saying in an interview with Finanz und Wirtschaft. Panalpina fell 3.4 percent to 111.60 Swiss francs.
UBS AG (UBSN) : UBS AG Chairman Kaspar Villiger said the bank isn’t discussing selling its U.S. wealth management business, SonntagsZeitung reported. UBS rose 2.4 percent to 15.69 francs.
