Areva, Iberdrola Agree Sea-Based Wind Power Accord, Echos Says

Areva SA and Iberdrola Renovables SA (IBR) have agreed to present a joint offer for French sea-based wind power generation tenders in the Saint-Brieuc and Saint-Nazaire zones, daily Les Echos reported, without citing anyone.

The agreement is likely to be announced today, and may soon be extended to include an unidentified construction company, the newspaper said.
