Gulf Investment, Boubyan, Shuaa: Persian Gulf Equity Preview

Boubyan Petrochemicals Co. (BPCC) : The Kuwaiti company posted a full-year profit of 22.8 million dinars ($83 million) in the fiscal year ending April 30 compared with 21.4 million dinars a year earlier. The shares were unchanged at 580 fils.
Gulf Investment House (GIH) : The company said it concluded an agreement to restructure 49.5 million dinars of debt. The shares gained 7.8 percent to 34.5 fils when they last traded on June 21.
Shuaa Capital PSC (SHUAA) : The investment bank controlled by Dubai’s ruler plans to seek shareholders approval to change the composition of its board by allowing more nationals from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The shares decreased 2 percent to 96 fils.
