Cyberplanet, Energy Earth, Total Access: Thailand Stock Preview

Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in Thailand trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the previous close, unless stated otherwise.

The SET Index rose 8.81, or 0.9 percent, to 1,022.94.

Cyberplanet Interactive Pcl (CYBER) : Investors are required to pay cash upfront before placing orders to buy shares of Cyberplanet, the Stock Exchange of Thailand said in a statement. Shares of the game developer for console systems and mobile phones fell 2.5 percent to 1.18 baht.

Energy Earth Pcl (EARTH TB): Investors are required to pay cash upfront before placing orders to buy shares of Energy Earth, the Stock Exchange of Thailand said. Energy Earth, a coal importer, rose 5.2 percent to 4.42 baht.

PTT Pcl (PTT) : The nation’s biggest energy company said a leak in a natural gas pipeline off the coast of Thailand that started on June 25 will cut its gas supply by 600 million cubic feet a day. The shares rose 1.5 percent to 334 baht.

Total Access Communication Pcl (DTAC) : The second- biggest mobile-phone company said in a June 24 statement that it is in “full compliance” with Thailand’s Foreign Business Act, rejecting claims that its shareholding structure breaches foreign-ownership limits. The stock rose 1.9 percent to 54.25 baht.
