Konkola Copper Mines Plc, the Zambian unit of Vedanta Resources Plc (VED), is considering selling shares on the country’s stock exchange, the Daily Mail reported, without saying where it got the information.
This follows the decision by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. to list on the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the state-controlled newspaper reported.
Vedanta hasn’t yet decided on a listing in Lusaka or London, Konkola said in an e-mailed response to questions today.
