Sky City Chosen as Developer for Auckland Convention Centre

Sky City Entertainment Group Ltd. (SKC) has been selected as the preferred developer of the NZ$350 million ($287 million) New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland, Chief Executive Officer Nigel Morrison said in an e-mailed statement today. About 1,000 people will be employed during the construction phase, with the venue to be opened in January 2015, Morrison said.
