Panasian Power Rises After 15% of Equity Trades in Single Block

Panasian Power Plc rose to a 52-week high in Colombo after about 76.6 million shares, or 15 percent of its equity, changed hands in a single transaction today, according to data from the Colombo Stock Exchange. The buyer and seller weren’t immediately known.

The shares rose as much as 50 percent and were trading at 6.80 rupees, up 48 percent, at 10:48 a.m. local time.
