Disa Increases Stake in Sacyr to 15.9%, Regulatory Filings Show

Disa Corp. Petrolifera SA, an oil- products distributor based in Spain’s Canary Islands, boosted its direct stake in Sacyr Vallehermoso SA (SYV) to 13.01 percent from 12.9 percent, according to a regulatory filing to Spain’s stock market regulator.

Disa now owns 13.01 percent of Sacyr directly as well as another 2.9 percent through its association with Grupo Satocan SA, according to a separate filing.
