Snai Names Former Lottomatica CFO Stefano Bortoli as New CEO

Snai SpA (SNA) appointed Stefano Bortoli, formerly chief financial officer of Lottomatica SpA (LTO), as chief executive officer, the company said in an e-mailed statement today. The board also co-opted Bortoli as a board member to replace Rohan Maxwell, who has resigned, the statement said.
