CapitaLand Ltd., Southeast Asia’s biggest developer, said it acquired a 65 percent stake in Vietnamese company Quoc Cuong Sai Gon for about S$7.3 million ($5.9 million).
WHAT TO WATCH: *CapitaLand Ltd. (CAPL SP) said it acquired a 65% stake in Vietnamese company Quoc Cuong Sai Gon for about S$7.3m. *China Enersave Ltd. (CHEN SP) reported a 1Q loss of S$227,000 and revenue of S$345,000. *Global Logistic Properties Ltd. (GLP SP) reported 4Q profit of $48.8m. *Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. (NOL SP) reported period 4 average revenue per FEU of $2,549. *Swing Media Technology Group Ltd. (SWM SP) reported FY net income HK$48.1m. *Transcu Group Ltd. (TSCU SP) said it won a contract to install 30 units of nano-emulsion fuel system in Japan. The contract will generate revenue between $1m and $1.5m. *UOL Group Ltd. (UOL SP) said it increased its stake in United Industrial Corp. to 42.42%. *Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. (YOMA SP) reported 4Q net income of S$3.93m.
