Oriflame Cosmetics Signs 430 Million Euros of Loans to Refinance

Oriflame Cosmetics S.A., a Luxembourg-based cosmetics maker, said it signed 430 million euros ($606 million) of loans to refinance debt.

The transaction includes a 330 million-euro five-year revolving credit facility and a one-year 100 million-euro line that will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said today in an e-mailed statement.

The new loans replace a 400 million-euro credit due to expire in 2013 that Oriflame arranged in 2009.

ING Groep NV (INGA), HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA), Nordea Bank AB (NDA), Rabobank International and SEB AB led the financing, the company said.
