Toshiba to Invest $37 Million in S. Korean Wind Power Company, NHK Says

Toshiba Corp. (6502) plans enter the wind power business by investing as much as 3 billion yen ($37 million) in Unison Co., a South Korean wind power company, public broadcaster NHK said.
Toshiba will purchase convertible bonds in Unison to acquire about one-third of its shares in a year, NHK reported on its website, citing people familiar with the matter.
