Polish Stocks: Agora, Lotos, PKN Orlen Shares Moved in Warsaw

Poland’s WIG20 Index gained 7.97, or 0.3 percent, to close at 2,829.43, for 0.2 percent advance in the past week.

The following are among the most active stocks on the Warsaw Stock Exchange today. Stock symbols follow company names.

Agora SA (AGO) fell 0.27 zloty, or 1.3 percent, to 21.25 zloty, the lowest since Feb. 2 2010, as Deutsche Bank AG downgraded Poland’s biggest publisher to “sell” from “buy.”

PKN Orlen SA (PKN PW), Poland’s biggest oil company, gained 0.5 zloty, or 1 percent, to 51.45 zloty. Grupa Lotos SA (LTS) , the second-largest refiner, increased 0.22 zloty, or 0.5 percent, to 46 zloty. Oil rose as much as 1.2 percent today and was last down 0.2 percent.
