Cathay Pacific, HSBC Will Co-Sponsor Hong Kong Sevens Rugby Through 2015

Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. (293) and HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA) will co-sponsor the Hong Kong Sevens tournament from next year through 2015, the bank said in a statement today.

The two companies resume their partnership in sponsoring the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union’s 35-year-old event after last working on it together in 1997, according to the statement.

The Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens 2012 will be held March 23 to 25 next year, according to the statement.
