Huckabee Won’t Seek Republican Presidential Candidate Nomination in 2012

Mike Huckabee, a former Arkansas governor who ran for president of the U.S. in 2008, said today that he will not seek the Republican Party’s nomination again in 2012.

Huckabee courted a socially conservative following for victory in his party’s premier Iowa caucuses during his first campaign. He announced his decision not to seek the party’s 2012 nomination on his evening program on Fox News Channel.
