Mozambique Harvests 112,000 Tons of Cashew Nuts in 2010-11, AIM reports

Mozambique harvested 112,000 metric tons of cashew nuts in the 2010-11 season, Agencia de Informacao de Mocambique reported, citing Filomena Maiopue, director of the Mozambican Cashew Institute.
The crop was the biggest since the country gained independence from Portugal in 1974, the Maputo-based news agency cited Maiopue as saying.
