Germany to Build Southwestern Wind Farms, Wirtschaftswoche Says

The German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg will build large wind farms in mountainous areas, Wirtschaftwoche reported today, citing the state’s designated Green Party prime minister, Winfried Kretschmann.

The wind farms will be built in the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb, in the southwestern part of Germany, the magazine said in an e-mailed preview of a report to published May 9.
