Malawi awarded a fourth mobile-phone operating license to Celcom Ltd., the country’s communications regulator said.
Celcom, a telecommunication company based in the southern African nation, must provide fixed-line and mobile services by October 2012, the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority said in a statement published in the Blantyre-based Daily News newspaper today.
