Swiss Daybook: Holcim Misses Estimates; Swisscom, Panalpina

Holcim Ltd. (HOLN), the world’s second-largest cement maker, reported first-quarter profit that fell short of analysts’ estimates as raw-material costs climbed and governments postponed infrastructure projects.
