4Energy Invest, Exmar, HES, Spyker Cars: Benelux Equity Preview

The following companies may have unusual price changes in Benelux markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and prices are from the previous close.

The AEX-Index (AEX) in Amsterdam decreased 0.22, or 0.1 percent, to 359.49. Belgium’s Bel20 Index (BEL20) rose 15.79, or 0.6 percent, to 2,766.56. Luxembourg’s LuxX Index (LUXXX) added 0.3 percent to 1,417.80.

Dutch stocks:

HES Beheer NV (HES) : The Dutch provider of port services reported first-quarter profit of 4.7 million euros ($7 million). HES Beheer increased 0.5 percent to 37.50 euros.

ProLogis European Properties (PEPR NA): ProLogis increased its holding in the biggest owner of warehouses in Europe to 39 percent through open-market purchases and acceptances of its 6.10 euro-a-share offer that started on April 22. ProLogis European advanced 0.2 percent to 6.15 euros.

Spyker Cars NV (SPYKR NA): The owner of Saab Automobile is scheduled to give a first-quarter trading update before the start of trading. Spyker soared 13 percent to 4.35 euros.

Belgian stocks:

4Energy Invest SA (ENIN) : The Belgian operator of two combined heat-and-power plants obtained an extension of debt repayments on its Renogen unit’s long-term credit facilities with KBC Bank NV over a 10-year period starting Dec. 31. The shares were unchanged at 2.62 euros.

Connect Group NV (CONN) : The contract maker of electronics for clients including Barco NV raised 5 million euros from the conversion of all convertible bonds into stock at 1.49 euros a share. Connect Group dropped 1.5 percent to 1.96 euros.

Exmar NV (EXM) : The operator of the world’s largest fleet of midsize gas tankers said first-quarter earnings before interest and tax increased to $8.7 million. Its fleet of tankers hauling liquefied petroleum gas and ammonia posted an operating loss of $2 million in the period. Exmar gained 1.8 percent to 6.74 euros.
