Japan Car Sellers May Run Out of Stock in Malaysia, Times Says

Japanese car distributors in Malaysia may run out of vehicles to assemble or sell as early as June after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan triggered a supply shortage of components, the Business Times reported, citing industry people it didn’t identify.

Japanese carmakers have cut production due to uncertain parts procurement following the disaster, the report said.
