Goldman Unit May Invest in India BF Project, Economic Times Says

BF Utilities Ltd. (BFUT) may sell a 14.9 percent stake in an Indian expressway project to Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) for 10 billion rupees ($225 million), the Economic Times reported, citing a person it didn’t identify.

The 164-kilometer (102-mile) expressway project connects Bangalore and Mysore in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, according to the report. BF Utilities may discuss the plan at a board meeting scheduled for May 2, the newspaper said.
