Mukesh Ambani Gets Bank of America Shares as Fees, Express Says

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) has given Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani shares valued at 1.1 million rupees ($24,700) as fees for being a director at the U.S. bank, the Indian Express reported.
Ambani may get 10 million rupees in cash and stocks as annual director fees, the newspaper said, without saying where it got the information.
Manoj Warrier, a spokesman for Reliance Industries, declined to comment when reached on his mobile phone today.
