TransCreditBank Rises 1st Day in 3 on VTB Plan to Buy Stock

OAO TransCreditBank climbed for the first day in three after VTB Group offered to pay 21 rubles a share for 1.3 billion shares in the lender, according to a regulatory filing.

The stock added 1.4 percent to 20.29 rubles by the 6:45 p.m. close in Moscow.
