IRPC Pcl (IRPC) : The Thai petrochemical maker named Prasert Bunsumpun, president of parent PTT Pcl, as chairman of the board, the company said in a regulatory filing. IRPC rose 2.5 percent to 6.25 baht.
Siam Commercial Bank Pcl (SCB) : The lender will probably increase its loan growth target for the full year as economic growth in Thailand boosts demand for credit, Executive Chairman Vichit Suraphongchai said. Siam Commercial was unchanged at 115 baht.
True Corp. (TRUE TB): Investors who buy the shares today will not be entitled to the company’s rights offer. True, the operator of Thailand’s third-largest mobile phone network, plans to raise 13 billion baht ($431 million) by selling 6.73 billion new shares to existing shareholders, the company said on March 28. True dropped 1.6 percent to 4.23 baht.
