BSR Europe Ltd. (BSR) : The real-estate company said it’s considering a 144 million-shekel ($42 million) bond sale in Tel Aviv. BSR was unchanged at 7.662 shekels.
Kardan NV (KRNV) : The Dutch-Israeli property investor said it will post a 4 million-euro ($5.7 million) gain from GTC Real Estate China Ltd.’s sale of its stake in Hangzhou International Financial Center Co. Kardan increased 0.2 percent to 19.02 shekels.
Ness Technologies Inc. (NSTC) : Vector Capital Corp., a San Francisco-based venture capital firm, is in advanced talks to buy the computer-services provider for $300 million, Calcalist reported, without saying where it got the information. Ness climbed 2.6 percent to 22.78 shekels.
