U.A.E. Says Military Rescues Ship From Pirates in Arabian Sea

Armed forces of the United Arab Emirates rescued a cargo vessel yesterday from pirates, the state news agency reported.

The Arillah-1, owned by ADNATCO-NGSCIO, the shipping arm of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., was carrying loose cargo when attacked in the Arabian Sea on April 1 while sailing from Australia, according to the report. The crew is in good health and the Arilla-1 is making its way to the U.A.E., it said.
