Camaieu, GDF Suez, Medica, Neopost: French Equity Preview
The following is a list of companies whose shares may have unusual price changes in Paris. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names. Share prices are from the last close.
Camaieu (AMA) : British private equity firm Cinven Ltd. offered to buy the rest of the designer of women’s clothing. Shares gained 44 percent to 209.16 euros.
GDF Suez (GSZ) SA: The world’s biggest utility by sales signed a five-year 4.5 billion-euro multi-currency credit line with a syndicate of 24 banks to refinance existing undrawn facilities. Shares gained 0.7 percent to 28.09 euros.
Hi-Media SA (HIM) : The online media group said it won renewal of its contract with Leboncoin.fr. Shares rose 4.6 percent to 3.64 euros.
Medica SA (MDCA) : The retirement-home operator said TBU- 3 International plans to sell 7 million shares, or about 14.6 percent of Medica, leaving it with a 30.5 percent stake. Shares advanced 0.8 percent to 14.41 euros.
Neopost SA (NEO) : The supplier of mailroom equipment had full-year net income of 156.9 million euros, up 6.1 percent from a year earlier. Shares fell 0.7 percent to 63.86 euros.
Rougier SA (RGR) : The French maker of wood paneling and building materials reported full-year net income of 5.3 million euros, compared with a loss of 15.5 million euros a year earlier, and will pay a dividend of 70 euro cents a share. Shares slipped less than 0.1 percent to 39.19 euros.
Store Electronic (SESL) : The maker of public address systems won an order from retailer Monoprix SA. Shares dropped 0.9 percent to 10.95 euros.
