Mizuho Bank ATMs Nationwide Downed by System Failure

Mizuho Financial Group Inc. (8411)’s ATM and Internet banking system are down nationwide due to a third day of failures. The bank is only accepting withdrawals of money at its branches, Masako Shiono, a spokeswoman for Mizuho Financial, said today.
