Bertelsmann’s Prinovis Interested in Schlott Unit, HB Reports

Bertelsmann AG’s printing unit Prinovis is interested in buying Schlott Gruppe AG (SHT)’s Sebald business, Handelsblatt reported, citing an unidentified person familiar with the situation.

Prinovis inspected the Nuremberg, Germany, operations on Thursday and Friday and is looking at the books, the newspaper said.

German media group Hubert Burda Media Holding GmbH & Co. is also interested in the business, Handelsblatt reported, citing people close to the negotiations. Burda declined to comment, the newspaper said.
