AB InBev’s Brito Receives 2010 Bonus of 3.16 Million Euros

Anheuser-Busch InBev NV (ABI) will pay Chief Executive Officer Carlos Brito variable compensation of 3.16 million euros, the Leuven, Belgium-based brewer of Bud Light and Stella Artois said in a statement on its website. Brito’s fixed salary was 1.24 million euros last year and he also earned variable compensation of 3.13 million euros related to AB InBev’s performance in the second half of 2009, according to the statement. In addition, Brito was granted 273,365 stock options with an strike price of 42.41 euros, which he can exercise starting Nov. 30, 2015.
